Meet Michael K.! World Class Certified Technician

Around here, we call him "Michael K". He is as unique as his name is spelled! We caught up with Michael K. as he was about to take his 19 year old daughter out to lunch.

Michael K. is Master Buick GMC's most experienced technician. He has earned his designation of World Class Certified Technician by not only completing ALL of GM's training, but also mastering each level and area of expertise. He mainly spends his time diagnosing difficult and hard to find problems. We are so blessed to have him as a part of our team.

Talking with Phillip Towns, our Service Manager, about how Michael K. contributes to our service deparment's overall success, he states "Without a doubt, Michael K. is the best technician I have ever worked with. There is a not a problem too big that he can't diagnosis and repair. He has a gift of understanding the mechanical processes of a car that is unmatched in his profession. His qualifications are literally too long to list!"

Michael K. has worked here for 12 years. He was born and raised here in Augusta and attended Richmond Academy. He has been married for 22 years and loves sports, paintball, softball, music and concerts.
